Wow! It was cool to watch Cayman on the video. And Shawna I could tell that you have lost weight too. I also admire how easily you can squat and stand with your legs. Good muscle strength. That is where I have a hard time. I can't get up from a squat like that anymore. Maybe eventually I will be able to.
